The podcast where we sip and spill. You are now listening to this episode of Tea With Kea. Hey, On today’s episode, I have a very, very special guest, which would like to introduce yourself to the people who will be listening. Hey,
0:21
it’s Allea I have a brand called bone Apple teeth and which I sell ginger based teas. Yes, yes.
0:29
It’s interesting. I was like scrolling on my feed. And I clicked and I was like, Wait, hold on, like, let me see what this is about. You. I’m glad you hit me up because I was like, Yo, I want to, I want to I want to dive into this a little bit more. You know how we’re doing it with Kimi let you know what we’re sipping on. I’m actually okay. So I’m drinking a tea right now. It’s, it’s by Yogi it’s like their immune support to you. Like I could major in it. It’s pretty good but honey in it because I really love to drink this tea just like after if I go home or I’m on vacation, or I’m just kind of like unwinding. I kind of like I like to end my day with this tea. Are you sipping on anything right now?
1:07
Um, ginger ale. I wasn’t I wasn’t ginger ale. You can’t go wrong with that.
1:13
I had a tweet. I actually looked at a tweet and somebody was just like, I tell people I don’t drink soda as I’m drinking ginger ale. That’s exactly me.
1:25
Oh, my goodness gracious. I feel like get ginger Mills. The exception though. You know, it’s like it’s medicine. Exactly. Exactly. Like, Oh, your stomach feeling if I lay here you go. Here’s like some jewelry. Definitely, there’s no shame. no shame in that all whatsoever. Oh, my goodness gracious. So I always when I have my guest on the show, I always dive into how we met. And we met at 10 Chris’s birthday, which was a lot of fun. I actually want to go back to that night. First of all, you were giving a Leah vibes like 100%. Like, I think I told you that. That night. It was 100%. I was like, Yo more than a woman should be playing right now. It was so much fun. I had so much fun. It really was. I felt like we were all over the place because I had only met like a couple of his friends before then everyone was
2:20
like, good energy. So it was like it was definitely we have to do it again. The party bus was definitely fun. all the places that we went to was fun. I shouldn’t have been driving home. Honestly, by the grace of God. I made it. I wanted to get home like finishing my food. Oh God, Wait, are you far from vinings? Like 2030 minutes but you know, a 30 minute drive in Atlanta is nothing
2:47
so facts, facts. Oh, gosh. Yeah, looking back cuz we were up cuz I know that we were like out until What was it like three and then we came home. I was playing cards and it was Oh, man. What was Who do they think that’s how we’re doing birthdays?
3:04
You know? Definitely. Especially due to like COVID. So I didn’t get to celebrate my 25th so I’m like, I’m 26 I’m going up like, what was your birthday? April 5, April 5. Okay. Yeah, that was like peak COVID when everybody was scared to go out. So get the house back. Well, this year,
3:23
hopefully with you know, the way things are looking, you know, that will be the case. Why do you know what you would want to do? Like, if you could, if you could have the perfect birthday? What would it look like?
3:34
So I want to throw parties. So open bar food, inches, you know, music, good vibes and stuff. That’s what I want to do.
3:45
I feel that 100% you know, I’m gonna put all these vibes out there for making that happen. Like I I can see the future and I see that in the future for your birthday. That’s a good thing. I really want to happen at 2526 birthday party. Exactly. Because you’re going to be celebrating two birthdays in one day. His outfit changes and everything. Oh, yes. Yes. Oh my goodness gracious. See, I wish I wish people did that more. Because I feel like people have to save it for you know, oh, like celebrities that I might. We’re still we’re like celebrities too. Okay. Like if we want to do that, like we can make it happen
4:29
right now. We’re definitely our own celebrities. Because if you look at it, you look up to celebrities, and then people get so you know, sad about when they’re disappointed about celebrities. So why not make yourself a celebrity?
4:41
Exactly, exactly. Also because it’ll be your birthday. You are like the number one like person anyways. So that in itself is pretty much celebrity status. Right? I’m making a mental note what you said April 5. I’m making a mental note right now. April 5.
5:02
Yeah, whatever I do, you’re definitely invited more than welcome to come. Hey, Okay, thanks for the pre invite. I got you what you want. What you want bigger gift?
5:12
I’m not picky. No, I think we just need to like just celebrate anyways, getting we got through last year we get into this year right now. So we just we just got to keep them positive vibes going. Yeah, no, it what you put out exactly. Okay. I feel like that needs to be said more. Because there’s, you know, there’s some people who they don’t always, you know, contribute to the energy that you want. And it’s like we want we want to be able to, like no one wake up every day and, you know, carry ourselves with a demeanor that makes ourselves feel good, you know, I’m saying so,
5:45
I feel that that’s why I always kind of like, you know, working from home is kind of hard because you want to be in bed all day. So I was like, This year, I’m gonna get up every day, take a shower and go sit on my couch. That’s the least I can do sit on my couch or my dad’s making my bed. Don’t sit in the bed. Because you know, the energy that you put out essentially, is what you’re gonna get back. Exactly, exactly. So you’re basically setting yourself up for success. You’re, you’re going through all the motions. We’re
6:11
not you know, getting stuck in that, you know, COVID sense of, yeah, I’m only my pajamas on all day. Do I still do it? Sometimes? Yes. But yes, get yourself an Adit. Oh my goodness gracious. Well, shoot, let’s, let’s let’s kind of transition. Okay, so bone Appleseed. I want to know how I want to know, your beginnings. Um, I want to know, like, how long have you been making your own cheese and kind of just take us where you started and kind of where you are now.
6:45
So basically, my mom she was she’s actually the originator of the tea, like making the tea. She’s always made it and she was selling it. And I’m like, you’re not doing this. Why? Like, why aren’t you selling? Why aren’t you making like profit off of this. So basically, I took it over for her. And I started adding different fruit flavors, because essentially, everything that we use is fresh. So I started adding different types of fruits and seeing how it would taste with the ginger. So that’s how I went so far. But before I was, well, I’m a chemistry major. So I was working as a food scientist at a bakery. So that’s essentially where like the food aspect comes from. They’re like, trying to try different things and stuff and
7:39
stuff like that. Are you also like your mom and making the test together? And then you’re you’re like, helping her promote them, like in sales and stuff like that. So you’re kind of like a mother daughter duo?
7:51
Well, not really. She doesn’t even deal with it anymore. Like,
7:54
oh, okay, I’ll see you like completely took it over. You’re like, okay, hey, Ma, I’m gonna take this. I got this. I’m gonna run with it. Yeah. Okay, well, go ahead. Go ahead. I’m guessing. Okay, so, all right, you is this kind of like a line? Like, what’s the word you want to? Like? Do because you said that you’re interested in food. So I have that that’s, you know, what, what your area of specialty is? Is it safe to say it’s kind of aligns with like, what you want like your career to be like long term? Yes. Definitely. Is it going to like stay Are you going to kind of expand like still with these teas? Or are there other like areas that you want to like kind of get into but you haven’t gotten into, cuz I mean, you could go anywhere with this, like, we know everything we drink and everything.
8:44
Um, well, I want to like open further down the line, I want to open up like a tea shop, you know, so like little pastries and possibly take the tea. Because right now it’s like in a wet form. So you put it in a cup and then you add water so I want to make it like into a dry form like a tea bag type and work from it. Like doing it that way too. So people can also like take the tea bag from home or you know, you can sit have a cup of tea or you can take the wet form home and stuff like that. And then also, you know, make like, ginger, Ginger lemonade and stuff like that. That is
9:27
so freaking dope. Like, I like really freaking excited about that way. Okay, so, um, like, would you want to open a tea shop in Atlanta cuz Honestly, I think that would be really freaking adorable. And like, I would want to go I’m literally excited just like hearing you talk about this right now.
9:48
Thank you. Yeah, I wouldn’t want to do it in Atlanta. Or like, you know, like North Decatur like someplace around here.
9:57
Yeah. Oh my goodness gracious. Honestly, like this is, this is a legit vision. This is like extremely attainable because you’re already you’re basically, like already halfway there because you already you have the products themselves and like you’re already getting your name out there. So that’s literally like you literally have your goodstart right there.
10:21
I can’t I’m kind of going through like a rebranding. So like trying to come up with different types of labels and stuff like that. So that’s what’s been taking up most of my time. That’s why I don’t promote like, I need to, but you know, whenever somebody asked me to make some, like, good website, I’ll still make the page and send it to him and stuff like that. Yeah.
10:41
Are you like shipping these tees? Are you guys delivering like locally? Or how do
10:45
i do both? I can’t I deliver as well as you can get your ship to you.
10:51
Okay, versatility, we like that good. After trying, do you have like any favorites that you’ve made?
11:00
Um, I really like the apple cinnamon as well as the peach strawberry.
11:09
That sounds delicious. Just like saying it. was water watering right now? soon. And we’re there like, I guess, huh? Were you or your mother, like, inspired by like, certain brands that are like out here? Or did you guys always just like have like a love for tea? Um,
11:30
it’s always been a love for tea, basically, cuz my mom and my aunt like they make tea. So like, they always drank it. And I was just like, you know, I can’t lie. I started the business. Well started selling really heavily around the time of COVID. So, you know, people were just like, you know, I need an immune booster. And you know, Ginger is basically an immune booster booster. And when I caught COVID it helped me out so yeah,
12:03
yeah. 100% Oh, my goodness. I felt like everyone should like at least have like, a little bit of ginger root in their repertoire. Mic, cuz I think shoes. Aside from like, the second nature having like a cup of green tea, a little bit of ginger and some women honey like that is that’s also like an ideal. See, you know, just being able to just like, just let it like cleanse your body, you know, and just
12:31
not only, like, is it ginger in our tea? It’s also tumeric, too. Oh, so it’s like a ginger tumori. But I don’t put as much tumeric because it’s gonna be really spicy. So.
12:45
Oh, gosh. See, I’m also like, doubt that too. I have. I have a couple. Well, I have I have like a bunch of like, different teas in my house right now. But yes. Also throwing tumeric into the mix too. And also, like making latte sometimes too, if you want just like little like, little extra some of these days. But see, I think I said it’s nothing wrong with that. Exactly, exactly. Huh. Do you think? Or I guess when you talk to people about the teas that you make? Do you kind of do you kind of feel like you have to like, like, throw that educational piece in there too. Like when you’re promoting your teas to you know, like, help people understand, like, how how good tea really is from the body? Yes, cuz,
13:35
you know, a lot of people are very close minded. So you have to, like break it down and tell them you know, like, essentially, this is good for you. This is what you should be putting into your body. Because a lot of stuff that we do eat is not good for us. You have to like go in like, hey, like, maybe you shouldn’t be doing taking some of this team because it alleviates you know, toxins in the body and stuff like that.
14:03
Exactly, exactly. I wonder Do you normally like I guess talk to people that you know about your brand? Or I guess when you said you’re you’re focusing on kind of doing like the label, like the logo and stuff right now before you kind of do more of a promotion. Is that what you said?
14:22
Yes. Okay. I mean, I still you know, every once in a while I run across somebody and be like, hey, like, you know, just bringing up the brand and stuff like that. And we’ll exchange like, business cards and stuff.
14:35
Yeah, that’s what’s I mean, honestly, shoot, word of mouth will take you so far. Definitely. Yeah, no, that’s like literally I was like, when I tell you I was scrolling. And I clicked and I was like, Wait, hold on, like sugar how to business like, that’s pretty freakin dope. You know? I think you know, like, once you know, you have like, I guess how you want to, you know, phrase it logo wise or whatever. Be like, hey, That’s what I’m doing. And I mean, you know, I was scrolling through and you have a lot of different options to choose from. So it definitely doesn’t seem like you know, supply is like an issue at all like it’s a lot of variety and what I saw,
15:11
yeah, definitely, that’s why I try it because a lot of people and I didn’t want them to feel like they only should get ginger because a lot of people don’t like the taste of ginger. So I would still say you get the flavor. Ginger, every tea is just kind of like on a toned down version. Because ginger is very spicy.
15:32
Yeah, gender will give you a kick. Oh my gosh, I remember I was I was talking to my roommate. Like before I moved in this apartment, and he was asking me he was like, okay, you know, like, what’s your perfect cup of tea? And he went out, he bought some ginger. And he was like, yeah, how am I supposed to do this? How much because the break off because the portion here broke off was like, it was like, TJ I mean to like, you know, the average person just sees it a little bit, but I’m like, okay, no, we have way too much. Let’s break that in half. Yeah, definitely. It will come for your neck. Like, exactly. You’ll be like, Wait, hold on. Yeah, I feel that. I thought 100% I think Yeah, definitely. Everyone could benefit from John’s little bit of ginger. If not, you know, you know in like an everyday to you but at least I don’t know, at least throw it in there somehow, you know, cuz
16:23
even my tea in a smoothie. You know why? Yes? That I wasn’t even thinking about that. Cuz you know, it comes in a wet form. So you can put it in a smoothie and have it like that. You don’t even have to drink the tea.
16:38
Let’s take a look at this versatility right here. Like I said that cuz one of my friends he legit is like, I hate to get I’m just like, okay, like, I’ve never heard someone like say like they hate it. Hate it so strongly, but I’m like, Okay, I’m like, Did you get Did you really give it a try?
17:01
You got a lot of options.
17:02
Right? It’s so many flavors out there of tea that people can try.
17:07
Exactly, exactly. Are you more of like an iced tea person or hot tea person? Oh,
17:14
my hot more of a hot tea. I well. Okay, so I like iced tea. I don’t like sweet tea. Oh, interesting. Okay, okay, cuz I don’t like sweets. Like I don’t eat cake or you know, stuff like that. Yeah. Oh, like
17:33
oh, no, I was gonna be like, so you never add honey to your See? Um, yeah,
17:36
I Well, I do like sugar and sugar or honey. But you know, as far as like eating something like really, really sweet. Oh, yeah, I got you. I got you. I definitely can’t like I’m like, Oh, no.
17:50
Okay, so in your future tea shop. Okay, so you’re gonna have teas? But like, what are you going? Like? What are you going to have to complement the TEAS? Are you going to have like sweets and non sweets, or?
18:05
Oh, um, so my parents, they’re from Ghana. And they have like different types of pastries. So there’s like pine tarts, cheese straws, cheese rolls, there’s something called olara. It’s like coconut, and sugar and type in like a brand and stuff like that. So that’s the type of way that I wanted to go. But essentially, if I wanted to, you know, open a shop, it’s, I don’t want it to cater to me. I want it to cater to the, to the person that’s purchasing whatever, because it’s not about me at that point. You know, you have to cater to everybody. True, true.
18:43
True for the people. I think it’s cool to like, throw in what you know, you like, you know, I’m saying so, like, throwing in like your Guyanese culture, like your background, you know, that’s not something that we all know about. So if someone can, like walk into your shop and be able to eat something they haven’t eaten before be exposed to that. You know, that’s, that’s something that you bring to the table that not everybody else can.
19:07
Yeah, yeah, definitely. I’m actually taking a sip right now. Oh. Oh, man. I swear. I have a long day a cup. Oh, how do you drink tea?
19:21
Um, I drink it night and day except for like on a weekend if I’m like going out. Yeah, I get back inside. I’m in a bit.
19:34
Yeah, no, I forgot how to present like last night watching the Superbowl. I we Oh shenanigans. shenanigans. There was no there was no inside. Man again.
19:49
Yeah, no, definitely as it should have been a good close until the weekend because you know, the week is stressful. It should be the weekend should be five days and we face Be too, though.
20:01
Yeah, the way in which I wish that oh my god, I wish that the weekdays are shorter man.
20:07
This would bring me so much joy so much joy. Oh, goodness gracious offer
20:13
Henry Ford. He was the one that came up with the two day weekend. Wow. Oh
20:17
boy the assembly line for the Ford truck. Oh man. Well, I mean with the way is looking in the future, like even running a tea shop full time and like making, you know, whipping up new stuff. So you know, you’re going to work where you want to work. Right? Wait, so let’s I want to rewind. So you’re majoring in chemistry, right? Yes. Okay, so it’s like, it’s food science, like a subset of, or I guess I don’t cuz when I went to school, like they were like, they were in separate colleges. I’m pretty sure. Like, it’s food science, like your minor or your focus? Or, like luck? Yeah,
20:58
I got my, um, my bachelor’s from Savannah State. When I first went to school, I didn’t even know about food science. Oh, oh, I’m in high school. Well, we run that. In high school, I was on the culinary team. So we did like a lot of time petitions and stuff like that around DeKalb County, you know, like, I should be kept county stuff like that. They don’t do it. Because so I’m, I’m the first person in my immediate family to go to college for my mom. So my mom was just like, things. My mom was just like, you know, you need to go to a college instead of before your you know, instead of calling your school because that’s, you know, making my family happy. And I was good at math and science. I was like, hey, let me choose chemistry. And then a person came to my school was talking about food science. So I didn’t know that. Essentially, it was actually a field that was, well, a major that was full science. So I was just like, I’m just gonna go and do it abroad. So when I graduated from Savannah, say, I just randomly was applying to stuff. And then I ended up getting a job as a food scientist. And that was actually like, very fun. I had so much fun working there, but wasn’t getting paid enough. bachelors is like a high school degree now. Oh, now I’m at Clark, and I’m getting my PhD in chemistry, because I was like, you know, you might as well keep it, keep your options very broad, instead of narrowing it down to blue science, is that if that’s essentially what I want to do, but you know, you never know how stuff may go. So if you have a chemistry degree, you can always go back and teach, or, you know, you can go into industry and stuff like that. So that’s why I just went ahead and did straight cram
22:41
chemistry. That makes sense, that makes sense. Yeah, you really do want to give yourself as many options as possible. And giving yourself like a, I mean, like you said, you know, you’re playing to your strengths, you know, so you’re continuing your education, but you know, what you’re passionate about, and that I think, really speaks volumes in itself. Because no, of course, a lot of us and our, you know, 20 somethings, we’re very, you know, very unsure of, you know, what we enjoy doing, and it seems like you You really know, like what path you want to be on. And that’s also pretty dope, though, that, you know, your parents, you know, did push you because, I mean, looking back on it, I mean, I’m assuming that you are like happy that you you know, kind of you know, went to get your bachelor’s and that you’re are that you are now in a position to where you’re getting your PhD. Like looking back on it. Do you kind of like be like, thanks, man, like,
23:42
yeah, yeah, and definitely, I always say like, when I have kids, I at least want them to attend one semester of college because college essentially, is fun. It’s like, you know, at least go there for the experience, if I would have went to culinary school wouldn’t have been the same experience as going to a traditional four year college. So I was just like, Hey, that was that was it? I’m happy. Thanks. Yeah.
24:09
bags, bags, nothing else compares, like, and Gosh, I used to when I graduated, I used to like always think back like Dang, like, Can I can I redo this Can I go back and like,
24:22
relive those years. So that’s definitely Savannah State Alumni all the time. Like, we definitely are on Twitter all the time. Like y’all, I cannot wait for him to come in. I was fine. Like, you know, this year, they canceled Well, last year, they canceled everything. We had our own homecoming. Everybody just wants to Savannah was just like late downtown and stuff like that. So
24:45
yeah, that’s so freaking dope. I like okay, so it’s not organized. So we’re just gonna do our own thing and just get together. Yo, okay, the way in which I Okay, so, you know, hopefully, you know, COVID you know, kind of like shows Fuck out this year and Fingers crossed. But now I’m like, you know what? You could just be like, yo, we’re gonna get together anyways. See, I like that I like what you the friends you make in college it’s not just like a Okay, we’re here we graduate and then it’s like we never talk again still having that connection and being able to you know, be like, Hey, we’re actually going to get together and person I think that is so freakin
25:24
Venice day was like one of those like close knit schools, you know, all schools have their trauma and stuff, but everybody was pretty much You know, Friends typically so that everybody’s always getting together. Like, I’m like, definitely always with my fantasy friends.
25:38
Oh, I love that. See? Yeah, I feel like the people that I talk to on a daily basis, most of them are the people that I went to school with who I was basically like kickin it with since like, freshman year, so I feel that 100% what you got your Clark Atlanta fan to? Yeah. Well, I’m
25:59
happy I met tank because without saying I want to meet you. But you know, I’m not like grad school is so much different because I was teaching. So like, you know, grad school. I go on campus and I literally leave. I don’t I don’t Brighton eyes on their lawyer. I’m just like, yeah, it’s time for me to go like so it’s kind of i a lot of Savannah say people go to Clark for their graduate degrees, but it’s just like, yeah, it’s time for me to go home. It’s more like, okay, I do my business. Alright, there we go. Yeah, my first year like I was supposed to go to the homecoming Has that ever been? And it literally rain, so I didn’t even get a chance to experience o’clock homecoming. Yeah, I don’t even have nalia. So,
26:45
you know, we just okay, all the things that did not happen last year. We’re just going to manifest it into I mean, fingers crossed, if not this year, then like, 100% next year. Okay. So the good thing is you got four chances, right? You’re gonna PhD by
27:03
I don’t graduate. So this is 24. Anyway, so.
27:07
Yeah, okay. Oh, just like the way you go hat when your birthday come this year, and you don’t have two birthdays. So in the future, when carlina has their homecoming, you’re gonna be like, when you go to your first class on homecoming, you’re gonna have, like, all your homecomings in one. So that’s that it’s just gonna be a combination out of body experience at this point, okay. So you know, I’ll be going for stores and whatnot. I’m like, okay, like, you know, what are you up to and everything? And I’m like, wow, you wouldn’t even think that Atlanta was close, because people are still doing what they do. But I’m like, I understand, you know, how the schools are, you know, wanting to make sure that they’re not like, you know, I mean, I don’t know, I don’t even know what the number because obviously, there’s so many universities in Atlanta that I mean, the student population itself is, I mean, I can’t even you know, put those numbers together. But, you know, a shit ton of people basically, I can see how the schools want to, you know, do the whole online thing. Are y’all 100%? online? Are y’all like half and half or what? You know, I’m
28:08
not even too sure. Like, I think somebody said that there were some students that were on campus, taking classes, so I’m not too sure. But the chemistry department everything is online right now. Oh, but I know a few other colleges has been actually been in schools. Oh, like Savannah say they have school on campus. They say you are going to come back. Right? But I take like online, it’s two seconds and I’m scrolling through my phone. Yeah, I cannot focus like I can only
28:45
imagine cuz I try to do work and I’m like, this, this this this is not it. The distractions are here. y’all ever do study go to something because maybe you know, if y’all were all in person, like a law group or something like that, y’all can be like, Alright, we’re gonna we’re gonna try to do a few hours of work now. We did that
29:04
while we were on campus, but like now, I just I’m ready to get back on campus. Just please. Please let us on camp.
29:13
Should we? We don’t see we don’t see what happens is what February now we get my February honestly, who knows? But I feel you in a sense that Yeah, being being alone, I mean, I have my dog here but like Obviously, I’m saying like you know, a space where I get to be like, surrounded by people and stuff like that, but um,
29:33
was literally something on social media and it was just like, I realized that I sat in the house for 16 hours I have not talked to no one.
29:41
Yes. Oh my goodness gracious. Honestly. Yes. It’s to the point to where like tomorrow after work me so my friends. They don’t live in Atlanta. But we’re going to do like a little exercise together because I’m just like, Yo, I’m going like crazy right now. And I’m just like, I need I need to interact with
30:03
you. No,
30:05
no, definitely. I went like, I think my quarantine or Well, when a pandemic first started, I think I stayed home for like six days. And on the seventh day I was like, Yo, I gotta I gotta go somewhere. Yeah, I was like, Oh, no. Oh, it’s
30:22
definitely not an easy one at all. Not at all. Oh, goodness gracious. But we are here today. We are hell, right? Knock on wood right now. Thank God. And like I said, all we can do. All we can do is be optimistic at this point. You know,

I always tell people like, it will be so lame. If I were to catch COVID. I’ve been like, like, I’ve been in a house not doing anything. And I catch it. Like at the grocery store. Like, that’s all like, you might as well go all out.
30:58
Yeah, okay. It’s so crazy. You say that because one of my friends, she had like, sent a message in a group chat. And she said, I mean, you’re as likely to get it as if you go into the strip club, or if you go into the grocery store, so I might as well come out. And whenever that text, I was like, Yeah, that would be some shit. If you’re just like, I’m going out to get you know, some freaking I’m going out to buy my ginger, buy my trademark or whatever, from the grocery store. And then, boom, you’re in line at the cashier or, you know, someone in the parking lot. So it’s crazy. Cuz yes, even people who have been like, Oh, you know, 95% on it, you know, still having that. That percentage of of catching it. I mean, I would talk to one of my friends too. And this was last year. And this is like when she wasn’t going out. But she got a pizza like a like a man, like, you know, came deliver a pizza. And like, she got COVID. But she didn’t know like, how she got it. And I was just like, Well, I mean, technically, like if someone’s delivering you a pizza, and like, you answer the door, and they’re there. Like, it’s just, it’s crazy. Just thinking about, you know, even if you interact with anyone at all, that is a stranger technically, yes. Like the chances there.
32:12
That’s, that’s the crazy part about it. And like, I’ve had a whole big discussion with everybody. And everyone’s like, that’s so stupid way of thinking about it. And I’m just like, it’s realistic. Like, you have to be realistic with yourself. You didn’t get this at any point in time. It’s not saying you should go out there and look for it. But I just feel like you shouldn’t stop living your life.
32:33
What I like to do when I have guests on the show, is we covered a lot of different things out of everything that we discussed. What do you really want to like resonate with the listeners? What do you really hope that out of everything you said like what really want people to think about when they listen to your episode, if they didn’t listen to at all what you want them to take home,
32:56
anybody that’s listening to this episode, if they haven’t heard anything out, want them to take away just being healthy. Given these times, anybody can literally have it but you know, as far as staying healthy and taking care of yourself, that’s the one thing that you should do. And I feel like that’s what my tea essentially brings you. Even if you don’t drink it every day, you know, every other day is still like you know you’re putting these types of nutrients inside your body. I feel that I feel that you want to put good in and get good out. And everything was made with gloves. So just telling everybody that Okay, did you say what love or what the gloves? Well, gloves and love We love it. We love it. Oh my healing 10 pounds of ginger literally takes the skin off your hands and your hands feel like awful. They literally burned so I have to even if I you know, didn’t want to I have to have gloves on like for health, people’s health and for my hands because it hurts so bad.

almost definitely shoot like it’s the labor of love. But let’s focus on on the love and less than a labor

reciate you first of all, I appreciate you for taking the time to talk to me. Like I said, you know, times like this, honestly, like I just really want to have conversations where we talk about something that makes you happy, you know, and your cheese, you’re happy when you make them. You’re happy when other people are able to enjoy them as well. I think that people could definitely benefit from taking a step back, sitting down having a nice healthy cup of tea. And you know, like I said, putting those positive vibes out there. Thanks for listening to this episode of Tea With Kea.
